New York, NY – The U.S. Postal Service is offering discounts on orders by using postal workers from their neighborhood, including some who live in remote areas.
The postal service announced Tuesday that customers can call USPS to get the discounts.
The postal services is offering a discount on the price of orders up to $300, with the first-time customer being eligible for up to 25% off orders over $100.
Customers can also call in to the postal service’s Toll House Office at 800-275-4400 to get a discount coupon.
You can call the toll-house office at 800.275.4400 from 8:00 am to 8:30 am ET and 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm ET on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

“Customers looking for a more affordable way to spend Christmas should check out the USPS Prepaid Shipping Program,” the company said in a statement.
Postal workers are typically the first to get home from work on Christmas Eve, so customers can get a more efficient and cost-effective way to get their orders delivered.
While the USPS offers free shipping, the discounts are available to customers who sign up for the service.
Customers who sign-up for the USPS prepaid shipping program will get a $5 shipping discount and a free gift card, USPS said.
Some postal workers have been known to arrive to a post office with a package, but not open it.
